Content Management System (CMS)

Our proprietary Content Management System (CMS) is a web-based software system uniquely designed to allow users to easily update and manage website content. This system manages web page content, image files, audio files and electronic documents. The purpose of the content management system is to provide for easy updates and to simplify the publishing of website content for our users.

Each file in the content management system corresponds to a web page or feature of the website. The user can browse through website pages and view the contents of the files in the CMS. They can edit the content of the file and then publish the file so it is publicly viewable on their website. The image library gives CMS users a place to both upload images into a file and embed images from this file to their web pages.

Our system is purposefully designed to be simple and straight-forward, allowing non-technical users to login and easily update the website; yet our CMS is comprehensive and used by professional IT departments in large corporations to generate new web pages, edit meta tags and descriptions for each page of the website, edit and delete slideshows, display "pop-up" windows, and to edit web pages using a rich text editor.
