Our proprietary Web Content Management System (WCMS) is a web-based software system uniquely designed to allow users to easily update and manage website content. This system manages web page content, image files, audio files and electronic documents. The purpose of the web content management system is to provide for easy updates and to simplify the publishing of website content for our users.
Our WCMS also allows our users to update their mobile sites and applications and to publish content to Facebook.
Our system is purposefully designed to be simple and straight-forward, allowing non-technical users to login and easily update their website; yet our WCMS is comprehensive and used by professional IT departments in larger corporations to generate new web pages, edit web content, and to control the meta tags and descriptions for each page of the website for improved search engine optimization (SEO).
Our WCMS has both a file manager and an image library giving WCMS users a place to both upload and organize files and images for use throughout the site, including public archiving of newsletters and other documents.
The web pages generated with our WCMS are published as HTML to the web rather than pulled from a database, providing the end-user with the fastest possible web experience.
