Woodstown, NJ, January 17, 2008 – Christine DeGraff, Partner of Websketching, has announced that Rackspace® Managed Hosting, the world-class hosting company that manages Websketching’s dedicated web servers, has named Websketching as the winner of the 2007 FANATI™ Award for Outstanding Customer Service.
The judging for the FANATI™ Award took part in two rounds. Contestants initially wrote an essay to describe their views on the importance of customer service before being narrowed down to nine finalists. The finalists’ essays were then scored by a panel of judges and it was up to each finalist’s customers to complete an online survey.

Christine and her partner, Larry Warwick, will be flying to San Antonio today to receive their award. Warwick and DeGraff, who also happen to be father/daughter, will spend two days at the Rackspace headquarters to take part in the company’s annual kickoff party. Warwick and DeGraff also happen to be celebrating their first anniversary in business this month.
